1. What is KLCRC Learning Centre?

We are a private education centre based on American syllabus from A.C.E. School of Tomorrow, USA.



2. Whom does the Learning Centre cater for?

At KLCRC we cater for students from:

a. Kindergarten (K4) until Grade 12 (equivalent to A-Levels).
b. English Enrichment Program (students who have difficulty in the English language).
c. Albright Academy from Grade 1 to Grade 12.
d. Hope Academy from Grade 1 to Grade 12 (Special Needs).



3. What is the operating time for learning centre?

Monday to Thursday - from 8.30am to 3.30pm
Friday - from 8.30am to 2.00pm



4. Does the learning centre offer extra curriculum?

Yes, we do.

a. Bahasa Malaysia
b. Mandarin
c. Physical Education and Sports
d. Computer Skills
e. Art and Craft
f. Music
We also offer Robotics, Aquatic Swimming and Public Speaking (under speech and drama).



5. How about learning centre holidays?

We generally follow the public-school holidays but due to pandemic, there may be slight differences. We do not follow all gazetted public holidays.



6. How about the certification for completion of students to enter college, how does that work?

The centre offers a dual enrolment system meaning students have the option to take the UK Certificate or the US College Diploma.

a. UK Certificate - MQA endorsed.
b. US College Diploma - MQA endorsed



7. Is the program like SPM/STPM i.e., one final assessment exam at year end?

No, this is an aggregate system, and the students will be assessed based on course work and assignments including electives.



8. Do we provide extra-curricular activities for Special Needs students in our centre?

Yes, we do provide extra-curricular activities for Special Needs students in our centre which could build up their self-confidence and self-esteem for their future. We are embarking on depth living skills for job opportunity such as:

a. Administration work
b. Baking facilities
c. Performance Art
d. Other skill learning



9. What is English Enrichment Program?

English Enrichment Program is a program which allows students to have the opportunity to read, write and be creative. For students who have difficulty in reading, students will be guided one to one by teacher to reinforce mastery.



10. What is the program needed for students who are aged 4 years to 6 years old in our centre?

We do have two programs which we provide to students who are aged 4 years to 6 years old in our centre. The programs are:

a. Kindergarten Program
b. Reading Program
